JUDY B. GARCIA BIOGRAPHY
On October 09, 1969, Judy Aguirre Bautista was born in Pasay Manila, the fourth child of her parents Raul Peñalosa Bautista from Cavite City and Julita Aguirre Bautista from Quezon City. She has 3 brothers and 2 sisters namely Ruel, Lira, Jane, Glen and Gail. All of them were raised in Cavite City. She grew up feeling the love and support of her parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, thus the spirit of giving and sharing has been inculcated in her and her siblings from then on.
Judy attended her first Elementary Class in Ladislo Diwa Elementary School in Cavite City and graduated in March 1982 belonging to the top class. During her elementary days, she has been chosen to be a Song Leader in her Grade 5 & 6 years. She joined school choir in Grade 6 and has been competing among other schools in Cavite City wherein they won 1st Runner-Up in the Cavite Choir competition. She is known to be a quiet, shy but generous student in her class. Judy attended and finished her secondary education in St. Joseph College in Cavite City in March 1986 still belonging to the top class. During her high school days, she is known to be a simple student, still shy and quiet student of her class. She only hang out with friends she likes and has always been a straight and good student and daughter during her high school days.
Her family then moved next to Rosario Cavite in May 1988. Since then, she has been travelling from Rosario to Cavite City everyday to attend to her College Education in San Sebastian College Recoletos de Cavite. Since her elementary and high school days, she was too shy to mingle and join school activities, programs and competitions. To improve her trait of shyness, she decided to overcome it and started to join clubs during her first year. From then on, she started joining contest like Accounting Quiz, Math Quiz, Economic Quiz, and I.Q. Quiz. After winning 3rd place in Accounting Quiz and named Top 10 in Math Quiz, she constantly excels in her class. She has been a consistent Dean's Lister in her class for 4 years. To balance her academic and non-academic skills, she joined The Little Theatre Guild to show her talent in Singing, Dancing and Acting. Her parents proud of her achievements, she graduated CUM LAUDE of her class in March 1990 with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Accounting. After graduation, she took her CPA review class in CPAR Manila from May - October 1990, but did make it in the CPA Licensure Exam, realizing only after 6 months, too late to take a second try since she was already employed.
She joined her first and current employer in December 18, 1990 Mikado Philippines Corporation now Nakashima Philippines Corporation at Export Processing Zone, Rosario Cavite. A Japanese firm manufacturing marine propellers and automotive parts. She was luckily hired by a japanese executive who trust and believe in a fresh graduate rather than an experience one. After receiving such luck and blessing of a desired job as on Accounting Staff, she has been consistently performing with Excellence thus after 6 months she was immediately promoted to Administrative Assistant. She received the highest award of the company the "President's Award" in December of 1992. Since then, she has been an asset of the company and declared as the Financial Dictionary of the company. She has been sent to Japan by her company twice, first in February 2002 to attend financial meeting, second in June 2011 for a Kaizen Presentation and plant tour and meeting. She is the current Manager of Accounting & Finance Department and has been employed for almost 24 years now.
Judy Bautista now Judy B. Garcia has been married to Ferdinand Baldos Garcia, born and raised in Benguet and Caloocan for almost 15 years on October 24, 2014. Her husband Ferdinand or known as Bong is a mechanical engineer, a University of the East Caloocan graduate in March 1988. Bong has been working abroad, leaving Judy with 2 beautiful kids named Arianne Mhae Garcia born in September 1999 and Gabriel Brix Garcia born in November 2000.
Despite the distance between them, their family remains intact and relatively close since Bong used to come home as frequent as possible.
Judy and Bong fulfilled their dreams of having their own house in Springfield View Subdivision, Sahud Ulan, Tanza Cavite. They still pursue having more properties for the future of their children. Their ultimate goal is for their children to value education and someday will graduate from a reputable school, have a good life and happy family. A legacy we want to pass to our children and grandchildren.
